South Central Technical Service Area
The South Central Technical Service Area (SC TSA) is a Joint Powers Agreement between 11 Soil and Water Conservation Districts in South Central Minnesota. The SC TSA provides technical assistance to Soil and Water Conservation Districts for water quality projects. SC TSA is based out of the Blue Earth SWCD office in Mankato, MN. SC TSA covers the following counties – Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Martin, McLeod, Nicollet, Renville, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan.
